OM School Tunis officially opens
Souleymane Diawara, Mamadou Niang, Basile Boli, Stéphane Porato, Johnny Ecker, Laurent Merlin, Victor Zvunka, Bruno Germain, Patrick Cubaynes, Camel Meriem and Fabrice Abriel were welcomed as true legends in Borj Touil Ariana, a neighborhood located just north of Tunis, where the Five Stars complex that houses OM School is located.
After a reception at the residence of Olivier Poivre d'Arvor, Ambassador of France to Tunisia, the Olympien delegation presented itself that afternoon to Borj Touil to officially inaugurate the "OM School" in Tunis - open to children from 6 to 16 years old.
Members of the OM Nation fan club were present and made an impact very quickly. With smoke, flags, banners and songs to the glorify Les Olympiens resonated into the Tunisian night. Around 7:30 p.m., the headlining 6-v-6 match between the former Tunisian internationals and former Olympiens kicked off ... The match ended 8-8. Enough to satisfy the two teams and the supporters present, who were thrilled with a few quality moments from both sides.
