Yesterday evening, during a party organized on the rooftop of the MuCEM (Museum of Civilizations of Europe and the Mediterranean), Olympique de Marseille and PUMA Football launched the second leg of their "The Flow of Marseille" campaign which promotes the release of the club's new jerseys for the 2019-2020 season.

Guests, media and influencers were introduced to the music produced by three of the jerseys ambassadors as well as a video clip: Alonzo, JMK $ and DJ Aaron, respectively sporting the Home, Away and Third jerseys.

Through this unpublished music, the three Marseille artists highlighted the values and symbols they share with the club and their city. The association with local figures in the Hip Hop scene, is a continuation of the brand's strategy: to become a benchmark brand in sports and street culture, drawing on talents from the South of France .

For this second year of partnership, OM and PUMA have chosen to release jerseys with the identity of the city by paying homage to two fundamental places of local life: the Orange Vélodrome and the MuCEM.

AWAY JERSEY

The Away jersey is designed on a blue base, marked by the unique design of the Orange Vélodrome, the sacred home of Olympique de Marseille. Blue gradient graphics link to the architecture of the stadium roof. This inspiring design will accompany players on the road with a home away from home. With a classic cut and a white rounded neck, this jersey will be worn with blue shorts with white borders and blue socks. Similar to the Home jersey, the blue Marseille cross is affixed to a white insert at the back of the neck.

THIRD JERSEY

On a black base, the third jersey pays tribute to the MuCEM - the museum of civilizations of Europe and the Mediterranean - with a graphic block on the upper part. As a symbol of the renewal and modernization of Marseille, MuCEM also celebrates the history and multicultural heritage of the city. The museum has become a community gathering place, a symbol of openness to the sea and the world. The logos of Olympique de Marseille and PUMA appear in orange and stripes in a matte black texture have been placed on the shoulders giving power to the design. This shirt will be accompanied by black shorts with orange trim and black socks.

Same as the home kit, these two jerseys will feature a woven patch representing the club's historic logo; 2019 marks the 120th anniversary of Olympique de Marseille.

There are 2 types of jerseys:

- Authentic jerseys (Slim fit) that are worn by players during matches. They are developed with PUMA's Shincool technology, which effectively adjusts body temperature and humidity (up to -2.2 ° C). Its highly moisture-wicking properties also help to effectively disperse static buildup, improving user comfort

- Replica jerseys (Regular fit) are made with dryCELL technology that regulates body temperature. There are also side mesh inserts.

The jerseys will be available in the official stores and om.net from Saturday, June 22 and at retailers from Monday, June 24.
