Les Marseillaises are knocked out in the quarter-finals of the LFFP Cup by OL Lyonnes.

Already eliminated from the Coupe de France Féminine by OL Lyonnes in January, Marseille suffered the same fate against the same opponent in the quarter-finals of the Coupe LFFP.

On the pitch at the Groupama training centre, Corinne Diacre's players showed a lot of determination, but against the leaders of Arkema Première Ligue, they conceded three goals in the first half.

After the break, Corinne Diacre made some changes, notably bringing on young players such as Bourzig and Dahdah. Marseille held out for most of the second half but eventually conceded a fourth goal with ten minutes to go.

Marseille are therefore eliminated from the LFFP Cup by OL Lyon. They will face Lyon again in the Arkema Première Ligue on 21 January at 9pm at the Francis-Turcan stadium in Martigues.
