Olympique de Marseille and PUMA unveil ‘Marseille Monumentale’, an exceptional limited edition jersey.

Olympique de Marseille and PUMA today unveil “Marseille Monumentale”, the club’s new limited edition fourth kit. A unique creation that pays tribute to the city, its history and its most cherished symbols.

A gold inspired by the ‘Bonne Mère’

PumaThe golden colour of this jersey pays tribute to the city's iconic monument and eternal landmark, nicknamed ‘la Bonne Mère’ (the Good Mother). It is a powerful nod to the monument, which is set to reopen to the public after several months of renovation work.

This reference is also in line with Olympique de Marseille's ongoing commitment to supporting the restoration of this important part of the city's heritage.

A visual tribute to Marseille's monuments

The shirt features a richly detailed pattern illustrating the places that tell the story of Marseille: the Old Port, the Corniche Kennedy, the Château d'If and many others adorn this already iconic shirt. Each symbol has been carefully crafted to reflect the neighbourhoods and stories that shape the city.

To extend this tribute, Olympique de Marseille and PUMA have created a photo shoot bringing together players and supporters around this Marseille identity. At the heart of this shared moment, the Bonne Mère naturally emerged as the common thread: a shared landmark, a unifying symbol that brings together the city and those who support it, both on the pitch and in the stands.

A jersey designed to last

Made with RE:FIBRE technology, this jersey contains at least 95% recycled textiles, reflecting PUMA's growing commitment to responsible production. DryCELL technology also ensures optimal comfort through effective moisture management.

This shirt will be worn once by the men's first team during the OM – Toulouse FC match scheduled for Saturday 29 November 2025 at 9.05 p.m., but also by the Marseillaises on Friday 5 December during the Classique against Paris Saint-Germain.
