ℹ️ Ticket office: Jean Bouin and Ganay open at 6 p.m., customer service only

You must present original proof of identity to collect your ticket from the ticket office (digital formats and photocopies are not accepted).

ACCESSIBILITY >> To avoid waiting and enjoy the entertainment, it is best to arrive as soon as the doors open:

Doors close at the end of the first period, at 9:50 PM. PLEASE NOTE: no entry will be possible after this time.

USEFUL INFORMATION

🚫 Stadiums in France have been smoke-free public buildings since July 1, 2025. Please comply with the legislation in force.

♻️ As soon as you arrive at the Orange Vélodrome, take part in the club's responsible initiatives! You can sort your waste on the forecourt and inside the stadium. Also, remember to return your reusable cups from the refreshment stands so that they can be washed, thereby reducing waste.

 

🔒 Lockers are available subject to capacity on the Jean Bouin and Ganay forecourts: flat rate of €2

It is forbidden to leave valuable items (jewelry, money, electronic devices, etc.) in the lockers. The manager reserves the right to assess the value of items and refuse to accept them if necessary.

 

Please note that certain items cannot be left in the lockers, namely:

  • Any items that could be used as weapons within the meaning of Article 132-75 of the Penal Code, including knives, lasers, scissors, box cutters, razors, glass bottles, and cans;
  • Flammable, explosive, or volatile substances;
  • Fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind.
