OM Amputee Football Team on tour in Morocco
During the Africa Cup of Nations, players from the OM Foot Amputés team travelled to the Moroccan capital to play a friendly match against the ‘Amal Salé pour le sport des handicapés’ association (winning 4-0). The warm welcome from the local team and the shared team spirit on the pitch helped to strengthen the bonds and camaraderie between the two teams.
The players took advantage of this opportunity to visit young patients at the Rabat Children's Hospital, thanks to the help of Dr Tricha. The players were able to give OM goodies and outfits to the young patients to bring them some comfort. Treizième Homme would like to warmly thank the Association des Amis de l'Hôpital d'Enfants de Rabat (Friends of the Rabat Children's Hospital Association) and the medical staff for their availability and for making this initiative a reality.
