The penalty decision

I remember losing the match in Madrid in the same way. That's all I can think about.

The match

We had a poor 20 minutes. Atalanta played better. Then we struggled against a strong team. Atalanta have the same players as in the Europa League final. It wasn't our worst match. We've lost three matches in the Champions League. We lost on the same rule in Madrid.

Egan-Riley's substitution

I didn't want to do anything. The doctor told me he was in pain and wanted to come off. Putting O'Riley at left-back wasn't my choice. We have a lot of injuries and I didn't want to take any risks with him.

Chances of qualifying
