OM x EA Sports FC Futures

 Through its FC FUTURES program, EA SPORTS FC is supporting FC FUTURES x OM NEXT GEN—an ambitious initiative aimed at structuring, training, and equipping local clubs, with a special focus on the development of women’s football by organizing dedicated training sessions for young women. Together, they are creating new opportunities for the next generation of players.

Launched in partnership with the club, FC FUTURES x OM NEXT GEN relies on a network of 32 partner clubs to structure, train, and equip coaches, while promoting football among young people.

Since its start, the program has enabled 87 dedicated training sessions to be held across these clubs using specially designed drills inspired by FC 25, supported the development of numerous coaches with the help of OM trainers and EA SPORTS through its FC FUTURES Academy training platform, and provided educational and sports equipment to help partner clubs to grow and improve their skills.

On April 30, 2025, a major milestone brought this partnership to life with the organization of a mixed U8 training event, bringing together nearly 300 children from partner clubs for a morning of collective practice.

This partnership is part of EA SPORTS’ ongoing global efforts through FC FUTURES, with the ambition of developing football for all by supporting local coaching and creating new opportunities for younger generations.

Through FC FUTURES, EA SPORTS FC provides tangible support by supplying essential training equipment, and investing in targeted initiatives to promote grassroots football.
