In the clash between the top two teams in the table, Marseille were beaten by AS Monaco, who have moved into first place.

It was the headline fixture of Matchday 21 in Group D of the National U19 Championship. OM and AS Monaco, the two leaders, level on points at kick-off, faced off at the OM Campus. Unfortunately for our Olympians, the match went the Monegasques’ way, who took the lead from a penalty in the first half before doubling their advantage in the second half with a goal that was on the edge of offside.

In the table, OM are second, three points behind AS Monaco. In the next round of fixtures, on Sunday 22 March at 3pm, OM will travel to face Cavigal Nice.
