U19: Great win against Les Verts
Facing AS Saint-Etienne, our U19 team struck first. Rayan Ouro Bang Na opened the scoring after just 15 minutes. Fode Camara quickly gave Marseille a two-goal lead. But Les Verts soon equalised before pulling level. With the score at 2-2 at half-time, it was a tight contest. But in the second half, Grégory Auger's players stepped up a gear and outclassed their opponents. Ugo Lamare restored OM's lead shortly after the break. The end of the match was completely crazy with three more goals for the Olympians, two from Ugo Lamare and one from Azhar Ali.
OM won 6-2 and remain second, three points behind leaders Monaco.
OM will have a bye on the next matchday, Sunday 15 February. On Sunday 22 February at 2.30 p.m. at the OM Campus, OM will play a postponed match against Montpellier HSC.
